Fog and a dark winter afternoon are reasons to keep the first drive simple. No shuttle clock is stated.

Into the city
Leaving the airport is its own drive.
The drive in is a highway into a small city, then a peninsula where you may wish the car were smaller. Dartmouth is a different bridge decision.
If you will only walk the waterfront, ask whether the rental should start later than the landing. This site cannot stage that for you.
Vehicle
Choose for the luggage and the next road.
Most arrivals are fine in a midsize or compact car. Choose an SUV if the next day is a shore road in rough weather. A passenger van needs a confident driver on unfamiliar pavement.
Before you book
Questions worth asking a provider.
Ask whether the car is collected at a terminal desk, in a garage attached to the terminal, or at a lot that needs a shuttle. Ask what happens if the flight is late, whether the pickup window can move, and what documents the driver must show.
Ask how fuel is handled, whether mileage is limited, whether an extra driver can be added, and what the company means by its protection options. Those answers belong to the company you choose. Ebomim does not run a desk at this airport.
