These terms govern use of the website. They are not a contract to rent you a vehicle.

Using the site.
By using Ebomim you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected], by phone at +1 (780) 835-6133, or through the contact form. These terms cover use of the website. They are not a rental agreement.
The site provides general information about car rental choices in Canada and a planning form. Information is written carefully and can still be incomplete. Roads, supplier rules, and laws change. You are responsible for decisions you make on the road and with any rental company you choose.
No rental
No vehicle is offered by these pages.
Nothing on Ebomim is an offer to rent a specific car, a price, a discount, an insurance policy, or a pickup location. Photographs are illustrative. The planner restates the criteria you typed. A rental agreement would have to come from a rental company, and that agreement would be a separate contract.
You will not submit payment on this site. You will not receive a booking reference from the planner.
Acceptable use
Acceptable use.
Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, send unlawful content through the contact form, or present Ebomim as a rental company. Do not submit payment card numbers or other financial data.
Content is provided for your own reading. You may not copy the site design or text and present it as your own product. Vehicle photographs remain the property of their photographers.
Liability
Limits.
The site is provided as available information. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on general guides, for supplier acts, for travel delays, or for losses arising from a booking that this website did not make. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. Where that is the case, the limit applies only as far as it may.
These terms are not a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived, including non-excludable consumer rights.
Law
Law and changes.
The site is written for readers in Canada, in Canadian English. These terms do not select a courthouse. Laws that apply to you where you live still apply.
The site may change or be withdrawn. Continued use after a change is use of the revised terms. The rental guides can be updated without creating a vehicle agreement.

Do I owe a cancellation fee to Ebomim?
No reservation is created, so no Ebomim fee is charged.
Can I rely on a page as legal advice?
No. Insurance, licensing, and privacy sections are orientation.
