A professional trip needs a clear driver, a clear purpose, and a record. It does not need a fake corporate tariff.
The decision
A business or corporate rental means the car is for work. The driver may be visiting clients, covering a temporary assignment, or arriving for a meeting that is not near a station.
Ebomim does not offer a corporate account, a negotiated rate, or an invoice portal. Those would be fictional. What this page can do is separate a work trip from a holiday so the eventual request says who is driving and why.
Prepare
Name the person who will drive, and any colleague who also needs to. Additional drivers are not a courtesy you can assume.
A two-day meeting and a six-week contract are different. The second belongs with long-term rental as well.
A client pickup may justify luxury. A highway between industrial parks may justify an ordinary sedan or SUV.
Ask a future supplier what document you will receive. This website does not issue rental invoices.

Most Canadian business rentals still begin at an airport. If the assignment runs past a week, read long-term and monthly. If several colleagues travel together, a passenger van can be more sensible than three cars, provided someone is comfortable driving it.
Protection for work use is something to raise explicitly. A personal credit-card benefit may not view a corporate rental the way you do. See insurance.
