Vans

Van rental

Van is a wide word. Decide whether you are moving people or moving things before you choose a page beneath this one.

The decision

This page is the fork in the road.

“Van” covers several different vehicles. A weekend with friends, a walk-up apartment move, and a team that needs twelve seats should not end up in the same vehicle by accident.

Use this page to separate the jobs. Passenger vans are for seats. Cargo vans are for enclosed goods. Minivans are the family version, usually easier to park and easier to drive. A moving truck, if the household is large, belongs on truck rental.

The photograph shows one example of a passenger van. It is not a vehicle Ebomim keeps, and it is not a promise of a particular seat count.

Choose

Three vans that should not be confused.

Cities

Where a van is the practical tool.

Calgary, Vancouver, and Edmonton combine airport arrivals, suburban moves, and long weekends. Toronto and Montreal add downtown loading problems: a van that cannot legally stop where you need it is the wrong van, however perfect the daily logic looked.

Read Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal for the streets. Use one-way if the van should end in another city. One-way cargo van wording is common and should be treated as unconfirmed.

Questions

Before you decide

Which van page should I open?

People: passenger van or minivan. Things: cargo van. If you are unsure, stay here and choose from the three.

Is a camper the same as a rental van?

No. A leisure photograph is not a camper hire programme.

Do you list 12-seat vans as available?

No. Seat counts have to be confirmed by a supplier for a specific vehicle.

Can I take a van one way?

Plan it as a one-way rental and expect that not every route is offered.

Note the place and the dates.

The planner records a pickup, a return, and an optional vehicle class. Ebomim does not reserve a car or publish a rate.
