A passenger van is a seating problem: a team, a family reunion, or an airport arrival that will not split into two cars.
The decision
Count seats before you count cities.
Count the people first, then the bags. A group of eight sometimes fits a large SUV or a minivan. Twelve or fifteen people is a different vehicle, a different parking problem, and sometimes a different licence conversation. If the group is a family and the count is under eight, the minivan is often calmer to drive.
Fifteen-passenger vans are physically long, slower to place in a downtown lane, and sometimes treated differently for driver rules. Do not assume your ordinary licence and your ordinary parking spot are enough. Confirm both with a supplier. Ebomim will not invent a seat map.
Arrivals
Airports are where groups bunch up.
A passenger van makes the most sense when everyone lands together and the hotel or the rink is not a simple train ride. Calgary, Vancouver, and Edmonton show up because those airports feed both cities and work camps or tournaments.
Read the matching airport guide if the flight is the start: Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto Pearson. Luggage plus fifteen people is a volume problem. The last bags may not fit once the last seat is filled.
Driving
The van changes the driver.
These vehicles are taller and longer than the car you commute in. Wind on a prairie highway, a tight Montreal garage, and a downtown Toronto hotel court are different tests. Plan who will actually drive, and read driver requirements.
If the group is really a cargo job with two passengers, you want a cargo van, not seats you will remove in your imagination.

Is 12-passenger the same as 15?
No. The length, the luggage, and sometimes the driver rules change. Confirm the actual vehicle.
Is a 7-passenger SUV enough?
For many families, yes. Open the SUV page if you do not truly need a van.
Do you operate shuttle service?
No. This is a rental category, not a chauffeur or shuttle timetable.
Are vans available at those airports?
This site does not know live availability.
