Pickup and drop-off
The keys and the return are a schedule. Ebomim can help you state the schedule. It cannot point you to a door that was never confirmed.
Timing
State both ends of the clock.
A pickup time and a return time are required on the planner because a trip without them is only a wish. Build a buffer after a flight. A landing time is not a driving time. If the arrival is late, shorten the first plan rather than promising yourself a long night highway.
Drop-off is either the same place or a different one. The second case is one-way rental. Airport specifics live on airport pages, which still will not invent a shuttle clock or a terminal map.
Return
Leave time for fuel and the walk.
Returns fail when the flight is soon and the tank is empty, or when the return place is not the place you thought. Read fuel and mileage so the last hour is not a surprise.
A downtown return and an airport return are different kinds of punctual. City pages describe the traffic that sits between them, especially in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.
After hours
Late pickup is a supplier capability.
Some operations handle after-hours keys and some do not. Ebomim will not claim an after-hours desk, a lockbox, or a grace period. If your flight is late, the useful act is to have stated a realistic time and to know there is no fake booking to modify. Changes, once a supplier exists, are discussed in cancellations and changes.

Do you give terminal directions?
No. Use the airport’s own directions, because a copied map goes stale.
Can pickup and drop-off differ?
Yes, as a request. Use the different drop-off option.
Is the landing time the pickup time?
No. Leave time after the flight.
What if I am late?
There is no live reservation on this site to be late for. A future supplier would set that rule.
