Trips move. This page explains what to clarify. It does not contain a penalty table, because no booking is held here.
Now
The planner does not create a reservation. If you close the tab, nothing is held and nothing is charged. You do not need to contact anyone to undo a plan.
A rental you later make with a rental company follows that company’s change rules. Those rules are not written here and must not be guessed.

The renter named on the agreement, through the channel the supplier gave, not through a guess on this website.
Dates, times, vehicle class, and drop-off location are different changes. A one-way alteration is larger than shifting a return by an hour.
Penalties, if any, would be in the supplier’s terms. No figure is published on Ebomim.
A storm may change your plans and still not change a contract by itself. Read the agreement you actually have.

The contact form can carry a question about the website. It is not a cancellation desk, and it is never a place for card numbers. If the form shows an error, the message was not sent.
In practice
Moving a return by an hour is not the same change as moving it by a week, and neither is the same as switching the drop-off from the airport to a city in another province. The larger the change, the more it resembles a new rental. On Ebomim there is still nothing to amend, because the planner does not create a record. The distinction matters when a rental company’s agreement is the thing being changed.
Vehicle class changes are easy to underestimate. Asking to swap a compact car for a passenger van is a different driver, a different parking problem, and sometimes a different licence conversation. Asking to swap an ordinary car for a luxury car can change age rules and protection. Make those swaps before you are standing at a counter with a clock running.
Weather, a missed connection, and a family emergency are reasons plans move. They are not, by themselves, a clause on this website. If you eventually hold a supplier agreement, that document is where any flexibility lives. Keep a copy of what you agreed. This page cannot reconstruct an agreement it never issued.
