Fuel and mileage
Kilometres and fuel are where a short rental and a long drive quietly become different agreements.
Distance
Unlimited is a word to verify, not a banner to trust.
Car rental unlimited miles and unlimited mileage car rental are the phrases people use when they plan to drive properly: a prairie crossing, a week of client visits, a one-way between cities. Cargo van and truck versions of the same phrase appear because a move can cover more ground than a holiday.
Ebomim does not state an allowance, a per-kilometre charge, or that any rental is unlimited. Those terms belong to a supplier’s agreement. This page tells you why to ask before the distance is already on the odometer.
Canada measures road distance in kilometres. Search language often says miles because the phrasing travelled. The unit does not change the question.
Fuel
Bring it back in a condition you can explain.
Fuel policies are usually some version of full-to-full or a prepaid tank. The fair version depends on whether you can refuel near the return. An airport return with no time and no nearby station is how people pay for someone else’s convenience.
No fuel price is published here. On a long week, an SUV or truck will use more fuel than an economy car. That is a planning fact, not a quote.
Electric rentals replace the fuel stop with a charger. Read electric car rental if that is the drivetrain, and do not assume a fuel clause describes a battery.
Trips
Match the allowance to the map.
A downtown week may be a few dozen kilometres. A Calgary-to-Banff day, a Toronto-to-Montreal one-way, or a month of commuting are different orders of magnitude. If you already know the route is long, say so. One-way and long-term pages are the companions to this one.
Unlimited mileage car rental near me does not create a local exception. Near me still needs a city or an airport.
